- Service Bureau Solution. Our team is available to handle all aspects of your imaging program, including picking up documents from your office, scanning and indexing them, and storing them in our highly secure data center for ready access. You’ll be able to retrieve images readily over the Web or by email, or we can save them to CD or DVD for your use.
- Backend Solution. If you prefer, you scan and index documents yourself and turn them over to us for protected storage in our secure data center. Our online service makes the process easy – allowing you to transfer files directly from a high-efficiency scanner to our secure, hardened data center. You can scan and index a single document or batches of documents related to a given project. Stored files can be saved to a file, faxed, emailed or printed from the moment they are scanned.
- Scan on Demand Solution. If you store hard copies of important business records with MRM, we can scan documents on demand as you need them. Once images are in electronic form, we provide Web access, email them to you or save them to a CD or DVD and deliver to your place of business.
- Enterprise Solution. If you prefer to manage your own imaging program, MRM experts can help you set up the systems and software you need to scan and store critical documents internally.
Regardless of the solution you choose, images stored on our premises are housed in our secure data center.
